Has anyone tried John Beck's Free and Clear Real Estate System?

If you have, are the houses really as cheap as they show on the TV? Also, are the houses nice and not run down?

I searched the internet for this answer as well.  It appears it's one of those things that is a recurring bill at the amount listed on the program and then after you buy the program, they sell you coaching at a very high dollar amount.  What he is teaching is how to buy the house for what the taxes are.  You can do the research on how to do this at your local library, bookstore and often times, the court house.  People who know how to do it don't mind sharing at the courthouse and the people that work there can often give you great insight as well.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, or everyone would be trying John Beck's system.

I bought it last year and returned it shortly there after. It doesnt give you enough information. They called me before I even received it in the mail and tried to sell me coaching. Very expensive... They arent going to give you everything you need for 39.95 If they were then why would we need to purchase coaching. Its not an easy process. Also, I thought about it and I came to the conclusion that, If Mr Beck has all this property and has made all this money then why is selling info to us for 39.95 and if its so great, Why arent all the people taking the orders and the coaches rich, why are they sitting there making $7 an hour??? If we did this real estate system and made millions. I would be happy beyond belief of course and wouldnt be selling the info to people, I would give it away.
