  1. Water4Fuel and anyone who supports it are frauds.  And the NASA link is smoke and mirrors.  The energy is clearly provided from the top left of the patent document diagram as electricity to electrolyse the water into H2 + O which CAN be burned.  electricity in, heat out.  No net benefit.

    Water cannot be burned, period!

  2. That sounds like bullshit, water cannot be used to hold energy.

[Unless by gravity, but that is phail]

  3. Yes, this technology definitely does work. I have built my HHO generator, but haven't fitted it up to the car yet. Spoke with a guy from Sydney last week who has the system on his V12 jaguar. Claims close to 30% better mileage (hwy) so far, and slight increase in power.

Contact me if you like, and I'll let you know how my 2.0lt Daewoo Nubira responds to it. Should have it fitted over the weekend.

For the sceptics, and those accusing me of scamming, I have replaced my original link with the below one to NASA patent No. 3,490,235 dated Jan 20, 1970. If after reading this document you still don't believe that extracting power from water is possible, then please direct your enquiries to NASA. There is little else I can do to convince you.

  4. water injection is good if the engine is built 4 it...IF u have higher compression and advanced timing you can gain some power and milage...but..with modern cars you can't adjust timing without new chip and to rebuild ur engine.big money.. forget it... ..

  5. IDK for sure but have heard water injection systems were used on WWII fighter plains . Also heard it used on early dragsters.

  6. Would really like to know how it went in your car?

  7. The hydrogen is a good fuel with lots of kick. It is also very dangerous as it will leak through most hoses and connectors.

         BEE CAREFUL

  8. Again. Sigh

Now this will not and can not work.

I want you to think about this, in order for this to work, that is increase fuel mileage, you MUST get more energy out then you put in. If that were the case you would violate the laws of thermodynamics. Not even a nuclear bomb violates the law of thermodynamics. ozzigold is at best a spammer, notice his link wants to sell you something, two books that contain the plans to build this device for only $97. An E-book at that, the reason they use and E-book is to get around the mail fraud laws. Just so you know water4gas is owned by someone name Ozzie Freedom. And his listed emails are free addresses, a hotmail account and a yahoo account. Also if you dig a little you can find out the name of the contact for the web site.

If you read the site closely you’ll notice THEY never claim and increase in fuel mileage, they put up testimonials about how much other people claimed they saved but they never come out and say you’ll increase your fuel mileage by X.

This is a con, and not even a good one. This device has been TESTED and it fails every time. The reason it’s been tested so many times is that it’s been around since before the 1970’s.

Think about even if you believe big oil got to the US car companies and the government, why would Japan, a country that imports ALL it’s oil, not be putting this on their cars? Or India, China, ETC. Think about it Big oil would have to kill this device in every county that produces cars, including South Africa which is producing ethanol to end their dependence on oil. And they would have to buy off all the testing results, and quash all the books, stop all the web sites. Notice that big oil still hasn’t quashed water4gas.com, strange.

Here’s the math. I left everything in BTUs because I already know the percentages and there is no need to convert BTUs to hp to kwh back to BTUs.

Assuming your engine is in perfect tune, you get about 20%-to 37% the energy you put into it back as work, you lose about 7% to friction and the rest is lost in the cooling system and exhaust. Now assuming your alternator is 55% efficient, and let do the math.

Gasoline has a BTU of 18,000 per pound.

So now we have 18,000 BTU to play with, assuming we have a very efficient engine we start with 18,000 times your engine efficiency so 18000 x 37% we now have 6660 Btu then assuming we have an alternator that is 55% efficient our 6660 now becomes 3663 BTU. So to break EVEN that 3663 BTU must produce 18,000 BTU of hydrogen, and to increase your fuel mileage it MUST make more.

I know they told you the alternator is wasting electricity, it isn’t, when you don’t need as much electricity your alternator doesn’t put it out and thus doesn’t use as much power from the engine. But there is NO way for 3663 BTUs to make 18000 BTU if it could you would be making more power then you use.

But if you want to blow $97 go ahead nobody is stopping you, but don’t be surprised when it doesn’t work.

    EDIT

If you don't want the water4gas you can use his other websites

    http://waterhydrofuel.com/   or

    http://easywatercar.com/2books.htm?hop=5...

    EDIT again

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_fuel_...

Just some more information for you.

    EDIT for ozzigold

If you have power you’re not using, and you’re producing it anyway it would make since to use that power to produce fuel from water, but NOWHERE in the patent, yes I read it, does it say that you get more power then you put in. Now if you have a roof full of solar cells and you’ve already charged your batteries, and you don’t need the power right now, then it would make since to make fuel from water.

But notice I’ve never said it not possible to make fuel out of water, I’ve and many other people here have said you don’t get back as much energy as put in.

  9. Water as a source of fuel NO. Don't work.
