Has anyone tried bio oil or mederma for stretch marks?

I got some stretch marks on my lower belly and sides while pregnant with my daughter..I used to have a nice body and now well my body is okay but these d**n stretch marks suck! I know they will never go away but I am 12 weeks pp and they are still purple..has anyone tried a product that worked to lighten them???

I can personally recommend Mederma. My wife and daughter had bad scars from operations. They used Mederma and the scars faded away. It took a while but they're barely noticeable now.

OMG I hated my stretch marks.. I got a TON of them and was so worried that my body would look like that forever...I do have Bio Oil that I use once in a while but they have all faded and aren't noticeable at all..Bio Oil did make a difference for me though...I need to use it more often :S

Yes. My mother in Law had an operation that left a very nasty scar on her tummy. She started to us ethe bio oil and saw results after just 2 days. She was really impressed and even though I didn't see her scar before hand, when she showed it me after treatment, it wasn't that bad. If it works that well on scars then I guess it would work even better on stretchmarks.
