Has anyone tried food from Frescos & Co in the GTA area?

Question

They make prepared foods that are fresh never frozen and sold the day they are prepared. There are stir fries and pastas and stuffed chicken and salads and soups, all kind of yumm stuff! Anyone tried it before? I'm looking for some suggestions on what to try from there!
