Has anyone tried out the mini fridge from Thinkgeek.com

Question

I just bought one a day ago. I have had it running for 24hrs now but the temp won't go below 54º F .... I want it at 39º F. Does any one have the same problem? Any ideas?

threw it out of the window in the end

Did you set the temp?  At the website..it says it only goes down to 44 degrees so 39 is out of the question.

first of all it say it only chills to 44 dg. and secondly its number 7 on the worst ranked dorm room appliance  list lol so i would take it back.
