I'm currently a 34C (which I'm told is pretty much the same as a 36B) and I'm 20 years old. I've been hearing some mixed reviews concerning the easy curves workout bar. Some people say it works, and others say it doesn't.
It's not like I want to go for a D cup or anything like that. But I would like to have a few more inches (or create a better cleavage line). Don't get me wrong, I like my body, but I'm just not 100% happy and I would like to just increase my breast size by a tad (maybe to give a more full C cup appearance).
So, if you can, please answer the following questions:
Have you ever used the easy curves bra (or a similar exercise routine), and if so, did it enhance your breast size? Was there a subtle difference or a significant difference?
If it didn't work for you, was there really NO effects (it didn't change your body in the slightest bit) from this workout?
Is there a chance that it will decrease your breast size (I'm actually worried to try certain things out)? What workouts should I stay away from if I don't want to decrease my breast size?
Is there any beneficial workouts that you suggest? *please note that I can no longer do sit ups because it hurts my back way too much.*
Please be as descriptive as possible when answering these questions.
Also, just to give you a little more information. My height is 5 ft. 3 and a half inches.
Is this easy curves bar for those who have problems with sagging? Because I don't have an issue when it comes to sagging. My b*****s are pretty perky/firm. I would just like them to have maybe a little more lift, and I guess you can say closer together towards the middle so they create better cleavage. I don't know if that makes sense, but yeah.
So please try to explain as well as you can (include your own personal experiences, even a friend's, etc.). Thanks for the help.
