Has anyone tried the pasta at pizza hut? Is it any good?

Has anyone tried the tuscani pasta at pizza hut? Normally I get sick when I eat their pizza because it's so greasy but I was wondering if the pasta was good.

It was dried out and had no taste.   I will never buy it again.    I bought both kinds and they were both bad.    Don't waste your money.

I bet you're asking because of the hidden camera commercials, right? First of all, I doubt those commercials are real, meaning I don't think any nice restaurants served the Pizza Hut pasta to unsuspecting patrons.

As for the pasta, it's mediocre at best. It's exactly what you'd expect from Pizza Hut pasta. Just go to a local mom and pop pizza place. You probably won't have to pay much for baked ziti (or something similar) and it will taste a hundred times better.

I too  was planning on stopping by Pizza Hut one night this week and getting the pasta but I guess now  I won't.

I was there the day they filmed the commercial, it was real.  We went to a restaurant in  NYC. They served salad before the pasta dishes. It seemed legit. We were under the impression that we were going to a focus group, and a famous chef was going to cook for me and 3 of my friends for $50 each. The name of the "chef" was kept secret. I was really shocked when they said the food was from Pizza Hut, I have never eaten there. We all thought it was hysterical. Some of us suggested that the breadsticks looked like they came from Domino's. It was a good time, and they ended up giving us $100 each, so it was worth it. The food  wasn't  wonderful, but it wasn't horrible either. I would not eat it again after finding out the fat and calories in it.

I for one LOVE their pasta. The local Pizza Hut has a really good buffet that is never really busy. They always have a meaty pasta that I will get until they have to call out "More pasta!" and I feel ashamed, lol. But really, I haven't ordered the new Pasta Tuscani, but as far as their regular pasta goes even on the salad bar.... it's amazing at the local Pizza Hut!

The pasta is waay better than the pizza. But if you can, go to pizza express, not that much more expensive but a h**l of a lot nicer.
