Has anyone tried the pure mystic ouija on pure mystic.com i can't get it to work anyone know how?

i was just bored came across pure mystic.com. it has tarot numerology and other stuff and of course an interactive ouija board which i can't get to work at the bottom it has ask your query and goodbye which seems to be the only thing i can get to work. but the planchette keeps spinning around even when i put ask.
