Dong Quai and does it help the menstrual cycle?

Hi.. I use them at the moment.. but I also use VITEX which is probably more effective.. (vite is also an herbal medicine)

Yes Dong Quai is used for PMS & Vitex Agnus Castus like "Geo" said is effective for improving the flow....take them both everyday but not during  your period cycle...

If you have ovarian cysts you can add False Unicorn to your chart...

I think that there are two different types of Dong Quai. One is for males and the other for females. Investigate on the Internet before you try this.

GLA and Soya protien can really help as well.
