  1. I had the dried berries. I felt like I had more energy, but it was probably the worst tasting fruit I've ever tried.

  2. It is a fruit juice with antioxidants like most fruits have.  Don't buy into the hype.

My mother bought some expensive juice from some distributor and never saw anything in 10 months of using it faithfully.  She finally quit like most people do after drinking and spendinig a lot of money for months on end...

  3. Well, it's a fantastic antioxidant, which can help to protect your cells and help support your immune system... that's about it.

Many doctors have theorized that free radicals are the cause of aging (because of damaging cells) and antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals. Because of that, I know some companies may refer to it as a "fountain of youth", but typically those kinds of tactics are primarily used by MLMs and other companies that have to give a good reason for the high prices. I've heard all sorts of claims, but all of them tend to revolve around immune system support (which is what it does).

I've tasted Goji berries before and I didn't personally like the taste, but that's me... I've talked to a lot of people that really liked the taste of it as well.

  4. I have tried the snapple goji juice drink... but only cuz it sounded interesting, now I drink it all the time because it tastes so good!

I dont know if it works or not, but it makes me feel good drinking something with a good taste!

  5. It's just fruit juice ... the magic is because it comes from a distant place, the Himalayas whereas blueberries come from the USA.

Spend your money on locally grown fresh fruit instead.
