Has anyone tried to change their avatar lately,& been unable to do it?..have they stopped letting us change?

This stuff happens every time they start  "Upgrading the System."  They can't seem to add on without subtracting first.

Remember a few months ago when we all lost our avatars?  

We'll all just go to your 360 to see your lovely face!

My 360 has been inoperable since 2 weeks b4 Christmas!!

i had a hard time changing mine the other day to this cat, and then yesterday i tried to change it again but it wouldn't . i don't know what's with it...
