Has anyone tried to play rockband on a surround sound system .?

my vocals were way behind , because of lag , i tried adjusting , and calibrating but couldnt get it to match up , any suggestions , it works fine when i just play it through the tv speakers , but i want it louder and sounding better , thats why i tried hooking it up to my hometheatre system.

I haven't personally, but it does look like there are problems with microphone lag on this 'game' when using a surround system, as it just cannot be calibrated properly. turning microphone volume down seems to help.
