  1. HI:

    I didnt use that particular brand but did use a mint flavored smokeless ciggarette.It made it oh soo easy..

    Everytime I felt the 'need' I simply puffed on it and it stopped my craving.Best of all I could 'light up-giggle' in restaurants//anywhere....

    I found for myself I wasnt addicted so much to the smoking..as having my hands busy, puffing on something..
