Has anyone tried to use mature embryo or cotyledons found in embryo of Jatropha curcas as explant?

HI!

Has anyone did a study regarding the use of mature embryo of Jatropha curcas as explant for micropropagtion?

We are currently trying to use the cotyledon from the mature embryo of Jatropha curcas as explants in the hopes that this will give rise to either direct or inderect somatic embryogenesis. If anyone has some experience about this topic, please share some information about protocols and growth regulators used.
