Has anyone tried using a Ouijie board ? and does it work?

Yes, I have used one, a very long time ago.  The ouija board is just a game.  The people using it make it work.  The more susceptible the people are the better it will work.  Is it really a spirit that is making it work?  No, it is just a game.  Here are a couple of links.

sry mate, but its the most bullshat thing ive ever heard, and you are all supposed to be in a circle on the floor at night, and swear  not to move the little magnifier thing, and everybody puts their hands on it and ask a question to it, and then it "magically" gives you an answer one letter at a time, my cousins had one, total bull! =]

yeah i've used one with my friends.

i think it does work. me and two of my friends were useing it and we all swore not to move it with our power. me and my friend saw an actual ghost or spirit thingie. when we were done playing [we got freaked out and stopped abrubtly] a glass broke after falling off her counter. we didn't touch it, her parents were in bed and she doesn't own any animals. we were so freaked because it happened on it's own.
