This is a site selling the "fat loss secret". It's from Dr Suzanne Gudakunst...She's just selling her book, which is supposed to say what does everyone have to do to get rid of their fat for their entire lives...But, I don't know if anyone has bought the book...I wanna know what exactly is the book about and if it really does help?

  1. sweetie i am a physician and i will tell you the five main rules you MUST know to lose all your extra weight!

    1) when you are hungry and it&#039;s in between meals just drink a few glasses of water.  that&#039;s it.  it takes exactly 20 minutes for your stomach to tell you brain that that its full

    2) health food doesn&#039;t have to be disgusting.  silly you can eat what ever you want and love it. just proportion it well. okay say you were good all day with your junk food.  reward yourself with a piece of chocolate cake. just not piece the size of canada.  you know what a healthy portion looks like.

    3) make a commitment to exercise.  i walk i nice long walk at night with my dog.  that alone is a step in the perfect direction.  and if you do about 15 to 30  crunches before you eat breakfast, and before you go to bed, i promise you will drop a healthy amount of weight every week.

    4) you know that you are beautiful the way you are now?  that is one of the key factors. if you keep a positive attitude and tell your self every day

    &quot; I am beautiful.&quot; and you know its true you need to keep a positive attitude about yourself!

    5) just stick with it.  on some days you WILL feel like gorging yourself.  you need to remind yourself that this is going to help you lose a lot of weight an dit will be good for you.  plus just imagine, that little black dress!  and please be reasonable. its so unhealthy to lose 20 pounds in 1 week.  if you lose it at a healthy rate, you will keep it off longer and it will be easier to stick to the diet.

  2. There are no secrets hunn. Everyone tries to falsely advertise and stuff, things you see in infomercials. None of it works.

    Just eat healthy, do cardio at least 3-4 times a week, and if you want firmer muscles, do light strength training.
