Has anyone tried working for the At Home Business Cloud 10 Corporation?

I'm looking for a legit at home career and this seems to be just that. Does anyone know anything about this business?

Yes I was an employee of cloud 10 and it's legit. The money is really good and the conveniece of working from home is phenomenal. However if you can work for someone else I recommend you do just that. The supervisors don't know anymore than you do. Some will even flirt with you. Everything is done virtually. If you have a question that you need to ask you have to do it in a chatroom and wait for a response while the customer is on the phone. Sometimes you won't get a response but your talk time will go up which you will be docked for. You must answers 9 calls every hour which is impossible because some calls take more than an hour. Oh and not to mention they have access to your computer. They can see everything you are doing in real time and they can also go into your system when you are not aware. They have a system that allows you to chat with other employees while you work which is great, but everything you talk about can be read at anytime. They have the poorest system of all the at home jobs. You have to have at least 7 differenet passwords just to log into the system which can take you 5-6 minutes. The system crashes on a regular basis and you are NOT paid for the time it's down. If something goes wrong, it's not their fault it's yours. Not to mention the supervisors have their own "private" room (which you can accidentally eavesdrop on) where they talk about the employees and it's not good stuff. Once they see you come in they will ask "Can I help you?" meaning you are not supposed to be in there. They are headquartered in Denver Colorado so everything is selfishly done in mountain time. You are to keep jokes and personal matters out of the chatroom while the supervisors can laugh and joke which each other right in front of your face. Most of the supervisors will probably be younger than you. Oh and if a customer calls in and asks to speak to a supervisor you are discouraged from trasnferring them. The supervisors DO NOT like taking "sup" calls. It's called "de-escalating". If a call does get through to one, trust me you will have a conference call in why you didn't handle the call properly. If you can overlook all this and make some friends you will be fine. I hope this answers your questions.
