  1. I've heard from some people who have.

    They say it works when you keep up with its instructions but there's a lot of hard work involved.

    Basically, it's not some magical technique some one invented but it just makes do a lot of training work that can help you increase your vertical.

    I know a little asian guy who does all kinds of training on his own and through all his hard work, he reached 40" vertical.

    So, it's the hard work that you put in that matters no matter what kind of system you use.  No pain, No Gain.


  2. i'm not sure what this is but with my club team we do plyometrics and it's increased my vertical by four inches and it's only been four weeks....it can't hurt can it? I'd defiantly do it

  3. A friend of mine, who has recently been scouted for 4 colleges, had jump training and it has made all the difference!

    She's about 5'7'', but it wouldnt matter because her vertical is great. Believe me, do whatever you can do to improve your vertical, do it. It's worth every second.
