Has anyone used 3U Telecom for their long distance phone plans?

MCI's monthly plan went to almost $6 for the privilege of using their plan; I'm not going to pay them $6 when I almost exclusively use my cell phone for long distance. So I need to switch to a new carrier. Has anyone used 3U Telecom for their long distance? They were recommended by a couple of online review sites.
