Has anyone used Bio Bricks?

  1. never heard of a "bio-brick" bricks are made from clay, is this not considered a "green" product..

I haven't heard of the term Bio Bricks before, but I did see something about the artificial logs made from compressed sawdust.  The take the sawdust from a company that makes wood flooring and compress it under very high pressure.  The logs burn for a long time and are more efficient than real wood however after all the energy the spend cleaning the sawdust and compressing and packaging and shipping I don't see how it can be more "green" than burning real logs.
