Has anyone used Chantix?

Question

I'd like to stop smoking but can't seem to do it on my own. I got excited about Chantix until I heard about the weird side effects. Can anyone tell me how it affected you and if it was worth it? Serious answers only, please. Thanks!

I took Chatix and I stopped smoking in about 2-3 months. I didn't have any weird dreams. I have tried to quit smoking other ways but this was the best.

My daughters teacher took it and did not do well.She said it made her angry,and she still wanted to smoke.I advise just quitting,I smoked for years,I quit cold turkey and started exercising-yes it is hard,but it worked-I am now three years smoke free!!GOD-bless

It worked for my sister. I got a prescription for it but never got it filled because she said it costs around $140. No thanks! I'll quit for free...

I took it and quit smoking over 3 months.  I slept really good at night.  I had a lot of dreams, but not nightmares.  Another fellow in my office said he had to stop taking it because of the nightmares he got.
