    I have a HHO system installed on my SUV and not only did my mileage increase from 13 MPG to 26 MPG (I'm VERY SERIOUS!!!) but my SUV performance improved - the responsiveness is amazing and I didn't even think I would notice that part!  Anyone who says it doesn't work is someone who is afraid to find out for themselves.  I invite them to come and look at my SUV any day!  Don't listen to anyone on this - prove it to yourself - its the only way you'll really know - and its completely reversible - what do you have to lose besides the time of building the electrolizer?
