Has anyone used Priceline.com 'Name Your Own Price'?

Have you had good or bad experiences with this?

I've used it.  It worked OK for me, I got a good price.  The flights were not super convenient, but it didn't matter that much that time around.  You can't use it when you are pressed for time, though, because there's no way of knowing what time of day the flights are scheduled for.  So, yeah, it's good if your whole days are open, otherwise you have to try something else.

there is absolutly no other site that is cheaper airline then them ..

the only good thing about priceline is that you dont pay thoese BS booking fee and blah blah.. but naming your own price... is bogus.

Yes I have used it a number of times. Airline tickets aren't such a great deal. We got allot of flights that were bumped and we sat for hours on layovers. You are also stuck with he very worst times. The hotel deals were always great. We stayed at very nice hotels for a fraction of the normal price.

It's okay if you have the time to put in the effort.  You have to register a credit card before you can start bargaining.  You can't offer less than 50% of the going rate.  It can work.  It's just not very easy to use.
