  2. idk the best way to quit smoking is to gradually reduce the number of smokes you take in a day

  3. No that didn't work for me, look into Lobelia inflata. It used to be in pill as Bantron  until the 1960's when the FDA said "it had no effect on quitting smoking." That's bogus, if you use it you will stop getting nicotine into your system but you'll still have the feeling that you smoked a cigarette since it tricks the receptors that intake and crave nicotine.

    That stuff you want to try has lobelia in it, but that's all you need. So stick with one plant that is sure to cure your habit.
