Providing you get plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) you peak height is likely to be exactly the same with or without YOKO or other height increasing gimmicks.

Unfortunately, TubCat is right. Nothing can force your body to grow taller than your DNA says you will. There are some things that can take away from your potential height (including smoking, drugs, caffeine, etc), but acupressure could only help to alleviate some of the problems that may cause you to not grow to your potential (which will help in only a small percent of the population). Besides all that, if you are past your growing age (which normally peaks before 20 years old), you are as tall as you are ever going to get aside from lifts in your shoes. Sorry!
