Has anyone used a peticure or petipaws dog nail trimmer? Do they work well?

Our dog who is a lab/pit mix hates baths and when we cut his nails and always has.  We cut too far a few times accidentally and caused him to bleed and since it was always a huge pain to cut his nails.  We heard about Pedipaws and we decided to give it a shot because it seemed like the only way we could ever cut his nails without it taking forever to get him calm enough to let us do it.  

While doing a little looking into it I found out there is another product out there called Peticure which is a knock off and from reading forums it doesn't work as well so we stayed with the Pedicure product and we have been very pleased.  I can't speak on behalf of the Peticure but the Pedipaws product has been great.  It took Peppy (our pooch) a few times to get use to it and comfortable but now he doesn't mind it at all and it saves us a ton of time as well as it's impossible for us to cut too far since it has a build in safety guide.
