Has anyone used a product that accidentally bleached their skin?

I started using this new product that has alpha hydroxy acids in it. I've only used it twice and now even my lightest foundation is too dark for me. I went from using warm tan to paler than medium beige. Has anyone experienced this? Will it keep getting paler or is there a limit to how pale it can make you? Did you keep using it or stop?

  1. Yes, I stop using it.

  2. If you are noticing that big of a change in your skin color then it would be best to stop using it. Switch to a normal foundation. And by the way, what is the name of the foundation that did that?

  3. bleach.

  4. Don't ever use it again and be sure that when you buy a new product it doesn't have "alpha hydroxy acids" They sound like fancy way of saying moisturising. If you don't use it again your skin should return to normal soon. xx

  5. i accidentally bleached my wrists once and all i did was apply a self tan lotion just on the bleached areas and now you can't even tell that i bleached them
