Has anyone used a website called government-records.com?

Question

if so did it help you find resources that are current and reliable. such as marriage certificates that are almost 20 years old or birth records that are 20+ older. did anyone use the federal court docets without a case number, and could you find what your looking for, also what about death certificates and looking people up, is it worth using the site and paying the fee. thanks
