  2. No.

It's generally not a good idea to exfoliate blemished skin.  The grains in the sugar will just aggravate your acne.

  3. Never herd of that before

I have herd of oatmeal, avocado and all that stuff

  4. I've heard of this, but only AFTER my acne had cleared up, lol.

I agree with one of the other posters, you shouldn't do this everyday because it will irritate your skin.  Do it 1-2 times a week.

The thing I did to clear my skin was, I'd hold a warm washcloth over my face (or put your head over the sink with and drape a towel around your head to trap the steam) for about 3 minutes (this opens pores).  Then I washed with Dove soap.  After that, get a cotton ball and put Witch Hazel (skin astringent) on it and dab all over your face.  Splash face with cold water (to close pores).

I had BAD acne for a long time and tried everything I could find.  I did this and it cleared dramatically in a week and a half.  I always get compliments on my skin now.

Hope it works for you!  And remember, ance will clear up eventually on it's own.  You're still gorgeous with or without it.

  5. yes.

  6. I have never heard of the brown sugar, however on a beauty blog I did see before and after pictures from just milk. She took 3 tablespoons of dried milk powder, mixed it with a little water to make a thin paste and left it on for 5-10 minutes. The difference in the quality of her skin was amazing. I wish I had the pictures to show you.
