Has anyone used calling card: STI Nuevo DMV or any other calling card that charges weekly fees?

i talked 2 calling cards and kinda confused how much i have to pay in all...with all the weekly fees and other fees...anyone who used a calling card like that PLEASE HELP, THANKS
