they sucked, how was the service you received?

It's hard to get to a live person to discuss your bill and their web page sucks as well

tried to sign up to pay bills on line for some weird reason system does not recognize my info or wont tell me what i entered wrong! now i am locked out for three hours and no one can help me i have to wait 3 hours and call back ..........

do not use them!!!!!!

Never had any problems. Always sent in payment by mail.

on line service sucks == back up and pay by mail!!!
