I have used them before. I took a picture of my teeth before, and after. I saw no difference. If I were you, I would not waste time and money for them. It's not worth it.

Yep, they do. But if your teeth are already sensitive, any whitening strips can increase that sensitivity. Use them for fewer days if you notice sensitivity, because they usually start to work much earlier than the box says.

I personally haven't. But I did ask my Dentist about it. She said that they don't work too well. Especially if you don't put them on your teeth correctly. You could end up with some parts of your teeth whiter than than the others.

i used them and they made my teeth really sensitive so i stopped. my friend uses them and they seem to work fine for her. her teeth were already pretty white though. if you want a drastic change i would talk to your dentist about it though because the crest white strips only help a little. good luck!

Crest Whitening Strips worked for me, but I do have to say the top strips were easier to fit than the bottom ones. Maybe it's because of my permanent bottom retainer, but the bottom strips always slipped off A LOT easier than the top ones did when I put them on. Using the top/bottom strips separately also helps too!
