Has anyone used elegantappliance.com for appliances?

Question

I have a restaurant and I am thinking of 7 or 8 buying wine coolers from www.elegantappliance.com

I am wondering if anyone has purchased from them, and if so how did it go? Their prices seem very reasonable and they have answered all my questions so quickly, but still when I am about to spend10K I would like other buyer feedback. Thanks!!

I can say that my experience with elegantappliance.com was stellar. The washer was a really really good prioce, but I actually found the dryer on another site that was $30.00 less expensive and one of the managers there named Matt answered me directly and negotiated a better price.  

From the moment I sought customer service, Matt made it a mission to make us happy. The washer and dryer were delivered by seko freight within a week and both were in great shape.

Overall I think it was the best online experience we had. We are so happy with them I can't say enough good things about them.
