Has anyone used gotickets.com for tickets & ever heard of any scams from them?

Question

My boyfriend purchased tickets for a Steelers game & they were supposed to come priority mail the next day, he even paid extra. Well, they called and informed us they aren't coming we will have to pick them up at the vendor. One person directed us to another and another and so on.

I'm nervous of the validity of the tickets now & afraid we may be in over our heads.

Well last year my dad bought tickets from them for a steeler game and they came on time and were legit. this year we bought tickets from them again and they were suppose to come the nex day and they didn't so i tracked it they give u a tracking number on your invoice and that told us the acual day the were coming and we got them that day which was for days after go tickets said they wud. but the tickets were good. so try to track it. Gud Luck
