Has anyone used grip mitts, f you have can you tell me if they help im thinking about getting a pair.?

I bought a pair of Kooga mitts a while back. They're not miracle workers for plucking balls out of the air for that's for sure, but I wear them to keep my hands from freezing. Nothings worse for your grip than when you cant move your fingers.

There c**p mate, bought some decent ones once, wore them once; never again. feels totally weird wearing em, feel weird passing and catching to ball, didn't really improve my grip and the only thing i really noticed was that as they got wet they became heavy and uncomfortable.
