I would recommend taking your gold jewelry or other items to a local, reputable jeweler instead of an on-line company. Most local jewelers are now paying cash for gold, and will give you a fair price. You can look on-line to see what the going rate is for an ounce of gold and compare it to what the jeweler is offering to make sure it's fair. I did this a couple of months ago and got the cash instantly! Good luck!
