Has anyone used "new horizon tours" in going to mammoth?

1. i'd like to know you're experience with their service and

2. what do you want us to know prior to taking this trip (having no car, is it hard to get around).

i've been going to mammoth 2 seasons now (with season pass) but we always drive and this is the first time we're using this bus tour.
