It is legit...  (assuming the copy at file factory isn&#039;t corrupted/infected.)

You can download it from the author&#039;s home page at http://stevengould.org  (it&#039;s free)

It works very well... and ignore the person who said to get avast, it has nothing to do with what you want to do with cleanup! (which is delete temp files.)
