  1. There has to be a catch to it somewhere.

  2. Don't do it -unless you stock pile your pre-purchased gas or drive an insane amount! Maybe.

Beside the Domain trickery, there is another BIG catch - the fees!

    - $39.95 annual membership.

    - $15 overdraft fee.

    - $1.95 fee every time you reload your MyGallons Card.

Gas prices would have to go up so much it would make $5 gas seem fun for this to be worth it!

  3. I hadn't even heard about this, but thank you for posting!

Looks like a decent enough deal and is accepted at every gas station I've ever heard of, including Kroger, right down the street from me that I use all the time!

I'm not sold on it yet, but thank you for the information!

Have you tried it yet?  If not, why?

    Thank you!  :-)

  4. I'm looking into it myself. It sounds like it's "on the level" but right now their tool to locate stations that take the program is broken. So I'm left guessing if it works in my area.  I did find positive reviews (see links below).

One thing that someone pointed out on one of the review sites is that MyGallons makes themselves sound like they have been around. I personally verified through Whois on network Solutions website that this domain was only purchased on March 20th of this year so it's new.

Now the question is, is it better to be one of the first to sign up or is it better to wait and see what happens? I'm not sure.
