Has anyone used the Peticure thing?

My dog HATES when we try to cut his nails. So bad, we have to take him to the vet and 4 people have to hold my tiny lil 15 lb dog. Have you or anyone you know used the peticure? Were you happy with it?

The Peticure is basically a dremel tool with a guard on it.  They do work, because a we used to use a dremel on our lab, but it would be cheaper to just buy one at a Walmart or something in the tool section.  It is pretty quick and easy though.
