Has anyone used the South Beach Nightclub Shuttle?

I see different websites talking about this shuttle that lets you have VIP access to a club, no waiting in line etc, but was wondering if anyone has used it and had success? I find some saying they will pick up from hotels, but then some that won't. I am looking for one that will pick up from a hotel.
