Has anyone used the "inside approach' training aid for golf and was it woth buying?

I really like it because it really grooves the feel of the swing.  Be sure to read the manual before you start using it because the position of the arm is different for the wedges as opposed to the driver.  You can buy the inside approach at target now for about $25.00

its a decent training tool. do a yahoo search for how to build one yourself tho. just some PVC piping and foam...prolly can make one for ~$30
