  1. Some ppl don't believe in those things..However, I suggest you take one in a genetics clinic, their much more accurate, because the ones you take yourself at home are not that reliable.. I had one done in a genetics clinic at 12 weeks pregnant and they said girl, and sure enough, an ultrasound comfirmed a little girl and every woman i know gets it correct on that test!! its called jack or jill... its a more professional type that only clinics use..

  2. Worked for me. I took one at week 10. The results were confirmed at two subsequent ultrasounds.

The running theory is that Intelligender is a pH test. Women carrying a boy tend to have more alkaline urine, women carrying a girl tend to have more acidic urine.

Certain things that you eat can influence your pH. Cranberries and excess calcium for example, are two of the many things that can cause urine to become more acidic. Chocolate and orange juice can make it more alkaline. It would be very easy to get an inaccurate result, so using pH to determine gender should not be relied on.

pH tests are sold at most drug stores. Of course, it doesn't come in cute packaging like Intelligender, but it's much cheaper at less than $10 for a box of 100 strips.

The Chinese lunar calender was wrong for me, using both with my Western age and traditional Chinese age/zhousui. Fun novelty, though. ~ http://www.holodeck.com/pregnancy/chines...

  3. o my i just asked this Q A few days ago..

and i tried it for myself.

but, guess we wont know for sure till Ultrasound!!

    good luck

    wish i was MORE help...

but, i beleive they work or wanna beleive

ps.. make sure you set it on a white paper plate and have nothin sittin behind it! hold a paper plate behind it when readin it.. makes it alot more clear def if its a girl a boy would probly b easier to read but, if its a girl reading and you have a black somethin under it or behind it , it will look like your havin a boy..

    good luck again

hope i was a little help

  4. i used something that is free. it is the chinese lunar chart. so far with all three it has been right. good luck

  5. ya me

  6. Yes I did and it was correct. I did it at 10weeks. Also the chinese lunar chart was correct for me. Although if you have a hormone imbalance you may get a false reading for a boy.

  7. It's a trick. There is only a few ways to know the gender of your baby: Ultrasound, Amniocentesis.  It depends on which sperm won the race, so the studies that say "eat this and you'll have a boy" are c**p. there isn't anything in your urine or blood that'll let you know what your having.
