Has anyone used this herbal remedy for Erectile Dysfunction called Ikawe?

I was wondering how effective is it? And how long does it take for it to take effect?

I'm trying to look for natural remedies and not use Cialis or Viagra.

Anyone know of other natural herbal medication that works well?

I'm not familiar with lkawe but Ginseng, Yohimbe Bark, Black Pearl, Steel Libidio, Advanced Yohimbe Plus have worked great for me.
