i went on a caribbean cruise with them about 6 months ago with my fiancee, and they suck! i wouldnt recommend them at all. the service, food, rooms, and ships are horrible.

I had a look on some of the cruise forums and anyone who has used them have had no complaints, they seem to have been OK.

Edit: Have a look at answer 4, you can't get a better recommendation than that.

Hey,

I was the recent asker who asked the same question. From the best answer I got I booked my cruise with them.

DO NOT LISTEN TO PREVIOUS POSTER! The cruise quality does not have to do with where you book. Cruise-pros give you the cruise you choose, it is not their fault.

The customer service was fabulous. I had so many questions and they all got answered in one day. After I chose my cruise I sent one of theirs travel agents the info. He sent me back the ship photos and prices. I entered the credit card info and 30 minutes later I had the confirmation# in my hands! They really are great!
