Has anyone used viator to book excursions?

Going to Ocho rios in october and would like to have an idea of budget before I travel. Viator looks pretty good any feedback?

I have booked activities through viator for friends of mine. It's not much better than actually booking from the place itself. The rates are not always accurate and some discounts are not applied when using viator. If you can contact the actual tour provider that would be a better option but the prices on Viator are a good representation fo what to budget for... they are just not exactly what the operator charges.

Thomson Holidays operates in Jamaica and they do well for me also. http://www.thomson.co.uk They operate within hotels for tours... I am not sure if you can ook a tour from their website, though.
