Has anyone used zingow web site for forclosures?

it's a company that puts you in touch with people that are on the verg on losing there home and they allow you to rent and take over the payments of there home. they have to sign the title to you

Very scammy.  Run away.  Homeowners in foreclosure are getting 10 letters and faxes and emails a day from people asking that they sign the title over; or put a renter in; or do a Lease Option; or declare bankruptcy.
