  1. Yes. Me. It is an impressive lake and the Uros people's floating Island are a unique experience. Here is a picture of a boat made of Totora reeds which are also used to make the floating islands:

  2. Yes, once when I visited Puno and the lake is breathtaking. I went to an island called Taquile and the scenary was simply the best. There are many islands in lake Titicaca, some even have hotels to stay if you have some time.

  3. No, but while in Denmark at the age of 7, a band of the same name which played the didgeridoo visited my school. They were pretty good :)

    I've seen pictures of the lake, it's GORGEOUS! Congrats if you are going to see it!

  4. I have been there several times (to the Bolivian side.) It is a beautiful lake and definently something worth seeing if you are going to be in the area. There are also a lot of really cool artesania (handicraft) shops around the lake that are worth looking into. Its also interesting to watch them building the reed boats. Plans are underway right now to build a floating hotel on the lake.
