Has anyone waitressed at a strip club before ???

Im starting a new job ... and wantd to know ... what its like and what your job consist of?? thanks

Waitressing at a strip club probably consists of wandering around taking drink orders for next to nothing per hour and low tips until you're fed up enough to go up onstage and grab the pole for some real money.

Sorry if that seems a bit crass, but my honest guess is you're not really being hired as a waitress, they probably see you as the next new "talent", being held in reserve.

Totally true what the first guy said.

Not in Vegas, but I went into a new club that had just opened in my town. I only wanted to bartend, I have a license as well. They wouldn't hire me as bartender only as a dancer (which I had never done before)

Seemed odd to me as I had bartend experience but no dancer (stripping) experience. But after thinking about it a week I reluctantly agreed to dance. Did it a few months made great money but....Don't think they wont try talking you into dancing THEY WILL!
