Has anyone went on the carnaval cruise party in cancun?

This is listed on all the excursions, sounds like fun but what like to hear about anyone who may have done this experience.

There are 2 Carnival Cruises that you could be talking about.

The first is the 'real' Carnival Cruise which doesn't actually go to Cancun (even though it says it does). It goes to Calica, which is far, far south of Cancun and is not worth the time or the money.

The second is what is more accurately called the Carribean Carnival Cruise, which is a boat ride attraction based in Cancun. This one comes in 3 flavors (Booze Cruise, Pirate Cruise, and Funday Cruise). These are a lot of fun. They're not cheap ($65 pp), but they are a blast.
